• Return / Refund - 1 week from date of purchase notification. 
    • Please contact us within 1 week of purchase (or 1 week from receipt if purchased online) and return item to the store physically or shipped within 2 weeks.
    • Must be in original condition, if yarn, not unwound (or wound in a ball if originally in a skein)…all tags must be present and unblemished.  Yarn must not have been test knit/crocheted etc.  Yarn cannot smell like smoke, food or perfume, or have dog/cat hair present.   All pieces, original labels and bags must be present if notions, needle sets etc. 
  • Special Orders / Pre-orders - no cancellations, please. We are making something uniquely for you. 
  • Sale/Clearance/Closeouts - all sales final. 
  • Defective items - please bring to our attention immediately so that we can remedy the situation.  Our manufacturers stand behind their products and The Yarn Shop at Alma Park stands behind theirs.  We hesitate to put a timeframe on this, but ask our customers to be reasonable.   Any item misused, abused, washed incorrectly, etc. Is exempt from any remediation.
