This is next to skin soft, and spins like a dream.

This is top not roving. Top goes through an extra step to align all the fiber and makes a super spinning experience. Definitely the best preparation of fiber.

Blue Face Leicester is a luster longwool.  The fiber feels finer than the micron count would suggest. Overdyes beautifully. Very rich colors can be achieved dyeing this fiber.
